TOTAL RECOVERY FOUNDATION was born from lived experience — the kind that reshapes a woman’s entire world.

After surviving years of trauma, rebuilding from nothing, and learning how to protect herself and her children, Mrs. Northern transformed her pain into purpose. TOTAL RECOVERY FOUNDATION exists because no woman should have to navigate danger, fear, or recovery alone.

This is where survival becomes service — and where healing grows into leadership.

From this journey came a calling:

to build a foundation where no survivor — woman, child, or pet — would ever face danger or recovery alone again.

Our mission is to protect, rebuild, and restore the lives of survivors with dignity, truth, and compassion.  

We stand in the gap for those who have nowhere else to go, offering safety, stability, and a path toward long‑term healing.

We envision a future where every survivor has a safe place to heal, rebuild, and reclaim their life with hope and strength.

Where safe hands and healed hearts protect and rebuild women, children, and their pets.
